We manufacture plastic parts which weigh 0.5 g to 2,500 g using 48 state-of-the-art thermoplastic injection moulding machines made by Ferromatik Milacron, Arburg und Battenfeld with clamping forces from 400 kN up to 8000 kN.

Besides normal injection moulding we also produce parts in mono-sandwich and 2K format. The materials in which we work include almost every engineering thermoplastic except PVC. Our high level of automation includes automatic drying and infeed of the raw material, automatic removal of the moulded parts, the testing of the process parameters and their documentation.

Our services include printing of labels, small assembly jobs and order picking.
